Professional support

Who do you talk to about your work?

Do you need to unpack:

  • complaints

  • difficult interactions with colleagues

  • unhealthy workplace cultures

  • imposter syndrome

  • challenging patients / clients

  • “time management”

  • negative feedback

What I offer is a one-on-one collaborative reflective process. My focus is to explore your current professional experience in detail and experiment with ideas as to how you can be most effective in your work.

I hope that you will find that I am thoroughly present, without judgement and endlessly curious. Confidentiality, self-efficacy and autonomy are important to me.

I have been fortunate to have received excellent Professional Supervision from three different supervisors over the past 15 years. During my training in professional supervision, I developed a keen interest in a narrative approach to this work. This framework offers the view that a story may be told from more than one perspective. Together we will explore the stories of your work and notice what is informing and shaping your practice.

As a GP, I have a particular interest in professional supervision for doctors but am equally keen to provide this service for anyone who works closely with people.
